Virginia has agreed to Lews demands in part 3 and now to prove she will keep her word, part 4 opens with her naked and chained by the waist to the bed. Lew brings her a container with items and a list for her to follow. She grudgingly follows the directions, knowing she has no choice but to put on the ridiculous high heels, French maid outfit and leather cuffs with hobble chains. Then she assumes the position and calls out to Lew saying she is ready. This is a beautiful scene for those who like XXXX dressing.
