Right after Jogging For Fun, Sarahs' captor decides to give her a chance for freedom. Sure....maybe not a GREAT chance at it but we wanna keep her right??? All she has to do is escape. That's not asking much. So lets just relax and enjoy aa impossible escape attempt. Isn't it nice knowing we don't really have to worry about her escaping?
